Visiting The Ex

The reasons to visit The Canadian National Exhibition, The CNE or The Ex are endless. The food, the rides, the exhibits, the music and shows offer something for everyone.

Cycling may be the easiest way to get there this year. There are a few local transit routes you can take. The closest to the former Exhibition Rocket is the 29 Dufferin Bus, which goes to the CNE as part of it’s regular route. There is also the Bathurst Streetcar, King Streetcar and the Harbourfront Streetcar.

The Lakeshore East and Lakeshore West GO Trains will be offering new departure times making it easier for people from Oshawa to Hamilton to get to the CNE. Tell your friends and family who live on either route because it’s surprising how an easy way to get somewhere will encourage people to visit.

Make your plan to attend because it starts Friday and only runs through to Labour Day.
